Divers out of Plymouth are spoilt for choice of reefs, wrecks and especially for the fantastic variety of wildlife they can see. Now, Natural England is consulting on the proposal that the major reef systems east and offshore of Plymouth should become a Special Area of Conservation. Keith Hiscock explains
