Not only has Camel provided outstanding Red Sea diving holidays in the Egyptian resort for the past quarter century, it has also reached a landmark 20 years' membership of PADI's retail association for scuba businesses.
The PADI award recognises the company's long-standing commitment to excellence in diver training, making Camel one of a select few Red Sea dive centres to achieve this milestone.
Simon Chance, manager of PADI Retailer and Resort Associations and PADI Diving Society, said: "It gave me great pleasure to arrange this award for Camel Dive Club in recognition of their 20 years as a valued PADI member, especially as they are celebrating their 25th year of operation this December.
"It has been a privilege working with owner Hesham and all the Camel team, and we look forward to partnering with them further in support of Egyptian diving for many more years to come. Hearty congratulations to everyone at Camel, and here's to the next 20 years and beyond!"
Receiving the award from PADI regional manager Terry Johnson, Camel's training manager Bianca Greiner (pictured) said: "We're thrilled to receive this award. A big thank you to all at PADI for their support over the years, and to our instructors past and present for passing on their passion for diving to our student divers at all levels, from beginner courses to the IDC".
