Bonaire Tourism tells us that the new International Ship and Port Security Code does not disbar people from diving under Kralendijk's town pier, but that there will be new security precautions. Local dive guides will have to be registered to lead dives under the pier and participating divers must be identified and approved to dive in advance. Find out more about the ISPS Code at www.imo.org
