| They tell us that August and September are a great time for interaction with both whale sharks and manta rays in the Maldives. Diving with either is a breath-taking experience. Diving liveaboards mv Sea Queen and mv Sea Spirit are both operated by their British owner, Maldives Scuba Tours, which has its own manta and whaleshark identification programme, and their crews are working on a manta migration project.
