Beach House Maldives, in the far north of the archipelago, will become the first Waldorf Astoria Collection property in Asia Pacific, joining the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and the Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Resort & Spa, which re-launched in July.
Located on the lagoon-ringed northern Haa Alifu Atoll, the 35-acre Beach House resort comprises 83 Maldivian-style holiday villas, each with a private pool. Four restaurants are said to offer "organic innovative cuisine" in stunning settings, and those looking to unwind can indulge at the island's Rainforest Spa.
Diving on impressive local reefs is supported by a 5-Star PADI Dive Centre offering guided dives, nitrox, and a wide range of courses for both beginners and advanced divers.
