Monty Halls (pictured) and Paul Rose have both featured on our screens in recent months, their respective series, Great Irish Escape and Britain's Secret Seas, enjoying national early-evening slots.
Both series offered fascinating insights into the wide range of dive sites and marine life to be found in UK waters, and we look forward to hearing more about the diving and filming of the programmes from the men themselves.
Other key speakers at DIVE 2011 will include Andrea Marshall, the best-known manta diver on the planet, who has been travelling the world to build our knowledge of these amazing rays.
Wreck diving will, of course, also feature strongly. Jack Ingle is set to deliver an expert's tour of the array of vessels that met their end around the island of Malta. Meanwhile, technical diver Mark Powell will be devoting his presentation to the controversial topic of solo diving.
The UK's biggest and most popular event for divers, DIVE 2011 will feature more than 300 companies offering diving gear, holidays and services, plus a host of special attractions. These include two in-hall diving pools, the British Isles Experience, the Historical Dive Gear display, the new PhotoZone area and the 3D NoTanx Freedive Simulator.
The show's PADI Village will feature attractions including a special seminar area, and BSAC will have a strong presence, with not only its main club stand but also a series of BSAC Pods run by local branches and a special Student Den area for university dive clubs.
DIVE 2011 is supported by The British Forces Foundation (The BFF) - the charity dedicated to boosting morale among troops on the frontline.
Opening times are 9.30-6.00 on Saturday 22 October and 9.30-5.00 on Sunday 23 October.
Ticket price start at just £6.50 for groups of 6 or more divers (a saving of £4 per person off the full price of £10.50), and there is a special complimentary ticket offer for all BSAC divers who have qualified since 1 January 2011.
