According to BBC News, the man was Mark Jackson, 41, from Southwell in Nottinghamshire. He was reported as being in a party of four diving the wreck on Thursday, 2 June.
The diver is reported to have been recovered at the surface and transferred to Plymouth’s Derriford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
On 21 May, a man was lost after re-entering the water with his buddy after a dive on the same wreck, in order to recover an SMB reel.
