SSS-run chambers in various parts of the world had started to reject DAN America insurance policies or credit cards as payment for recompression treatments.
SSS was suing DAN America for unpaid medical bills. DAN America maintained that SSS charge rates were unacceptable.
In a joint statement, the organisations say they have 'reached a settlement in the recent legal action'.
DAN America schemes are 'once again accepted as a result of the resolution of the outstanding claims that were the basis of the lawsuit'.
The organisations 'pledge to work closely together' to provide effective medical services for divers.
The settlement terms remain confidential.
