Mrs Lesley Clark, 47, died last week after being swept from the causeway at St Mary's lighthouse, off Whitley Bay in North Tyneside.

Mrs Clark, from Crawcrook in Northumberland, was traversing the causeway with other members of the BSAC’s Hexham, Northumberland branch.
