Keith Scriven, 52, from Whipton near Exeter, was admitted after collapsing following a routine 30m dive on the Persier, in Bigbury Bay.
Happily he made a full recovery after nine recompression sessions - and he wasn't allowed to leave until he had been given a certificate from Medical Director Dr Phil Bryson and Chief Executive Karena Pring to mark his special job lot number!
