Desirable rebreather

The APD Evolution closed-circuit rebreather has come high up in lad-mag FHM's list of the 100 Sexiest Things in the World.

FHM ranked the Evolution at number 16 - up with the Lamborghini Murcielago supercar and Tornado jet! The top 50 products are listed in FHM's July issue, the others having run in the magazine's June issue.
Ambient Pressure Diving's latest design was introduced in early 2005, adding to the company's successful Inspiration model, launched in 1997 as the first mass-produced closed-circuit rebreather.
The Inspiration now comes as the entry-level Inspiration Classic and as the Inspiration Vision, with updated electronics.
The Evolution, which also uses the Vision software, is a considerably smaller, lighter device of lower diving duration.
The Inspiration can be credited with having kick-started the sport diving CCR revolution - and now, it seems, its Evolution descendent is regarded as positively cute.
