Molchanova breath-hold record Russian freediver Natalia Molchanova has set a new women's world of 7min 30sec in Static Apnea, the sport's breath-hold category.
Molchanova set the record while competing at the Russian Freediving Championships.
She beat her own mark of 7min 16sec, set at last year's freediving World Championships, where she dominated most of the women's events.
