Balearics rules New diving-depth rules for children now apply in the Balearic islands of Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza and Formentera.
Children of 8-9 are limited to 6m; those aged 10-11 are limited to 12m; those aged 12-15 should go no deeper than 21m; and those of 16-17 will be assessed depending on experience and qualifications.
