Inland death

The man, who has not been named, died at Leicester Royal Infirmary after being taken from the water at Stoney Cove, near Hinckley, on Tuesday 14 April.

Other divers raised the alarm when it was realised that the casualty was missing. Members of Stoney’s rescue team located and recovered him, and gave first aid before his evacuation by ambulance.
